New Secretary has been appointed

Mr. A.T.M.U.D.B. Tennakoon has been appointed as the Secretary of the Finance Commission. He assumed duties on 1 September 2016 at the Finance Commission. Higher officers of other government institutions were participated to congratulate Mr. Tennakoon.
