The above workshop was held under the distinguished patronage of H.E the President and the participation of Hon. Prime Minister. It was held at the BMICH (Banquet Hall) at 9.15 a.m. on 15.06.2015 and organized by the Finance Commission in cooperation with the Presidential Secretariat. This workshop was attended by ministers and secretaries of selected line Ministries, Provincial Governors, Chief Ministers, all Provincial Ministers, Chief Secretaries, all Provincial Ministry Secretaries and Deputy Chief Secretaries of Planning and Finance.
The main objectives of the workshop were to secure comments and views of the provincial political and administrative leadership and to share experiences of all agencies. It was also intended to air the views of H.E the President, Hon. Prime Minister and to provide opportunities for provincial authorities to discuss and present common issues and remedial measures. All participants were divided into nine mixed groups and each group was moderated by the Governor who was a member of the group. The Chief Minister who represented the group made the presentation based on the discussion of the group.
